As an esthetician, I’ve tried a lot of different peels and products over the years. This is one of my favorite peels to use on my clients because it’s very effective, yet gentle enough for those with sensitive skin. I’ve found that this peel works well on all skin types, but especially on acne-prone skin.
The Salicylic Acid 20% Gel Peel comes with 50ml (1.7 fl.oz) of Pore Cleansing gel and instructions. It’s recommended that you do a patch test before using the product on your entire face. To do a patch test, simply apply a small amount of the gel to a small area of skin (I usually do it on the inside of the wrist) and wait 24 hours to see if there is any irritation. If there is no reaction after 24 hours, you should be good to go!
